"Exceptional Customer Service. Highly Recommended. Recently, I was hit by a person who had a less then reputable insurance company. I spent weeks getting the run around with them. Literally, within 20 minutes of stopping in to see Laura, she had opened a claim, approved my repair shop, reserved a rental car and State Farm is now handling settling with the other insurance company. The peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Amber, Laura and State Farm for all your help and assistance. It's greatly appreciated!!"

"Amber and her team go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, I would recommend this state farm agent to anyone! Laura and I worked diligently over a period of 4 months while I navigated a confusing auto claim, and she was patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I must have called her once a week for months with new questions, or needing help communicating with the claims department and she never let me down. I've never utilized an agent to do things on my behalf, but being a single mom working full time, and being a full time student, I simply didn't have time to make all the necessary calls to get my car fixed up and paid for accordingly. Laura was just outstanding, and thorough, and I especially appreciate the way she never made me feel like a burden or that any questions I had were "bad" questions. "That's a great question!" was definitely her motto, and I'm just so grateful for the extra effort she and the rest of the team put in to take a boatload of stress off my plate. Overall, just an amazing sense of compassion and dedication to each state farm client. This is certainly going to be your favorite go-to state farm team!"

"Wednesday 2am I woke to a Raccoon tearing up my roof. I called Amber Nelson at State Farm. The roofer Laura called came out that day and inspected the damage. That evening I was sent an estimate. Then Thursday morning (8:30am) they came and repaired the damage. The company Laura called, RomExterra Construction, was great to work with."
